JDY Performance Warranty Policy


At JDY Performance, we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to providing reliable support to our customers. All JDY Performance branded products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.


Warranty Coverage


This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use of the product.


If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, JDY Performance will repair or replace the product at our discretion.


Warranty Requirements


To be eligible for warranty coverage, the product must:


Be purchased directly from JDY Performance or an authorized JDY dealer.


Be used for its intended application.


Be installed and operated according to accepted industry practices and manufacturer recommendations.


Remain in its original configuration without unauthorized modifications or alterations.


Not have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, or operating conditions beyond the product's intended design.


Warranty Exclusions


This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:


Product modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.


Improper installation, maintenance, or operation.


Accidents, collisions, impacts, or physical damage.


Misuse, abuse, or operation outside of intended conditions.


Damage caused by vehicle-related issues, tuning-related issues, or failure of other components.


Corrosion, contamination, or environmental damage.


Normal wear and tear.


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Proof of purchase


Product information


Photos or videos of the issue


Installation details


Diagnostic data, logs, or any additional information relevant to the claim

 

Our team will review the information provided and work with you to determine the cause of the issue.


Inspection & Warranty Evaluation


In many cases, the information, photos, videos, and diagnostic data provided by the customer are sufficient for our team to evaluate a warranty claim. When adequate information is available, a warranty decision may be made without requiring the product to be returned.


If additional inspection is necessary, JDY Performance may request that the product be returned for further evaluation. In these cases, warranty eligibility cannot be determined until the product has been received and inspected by our team.


We strive to make this process as efficient and convenient as possible while ensuring every claim is evaluated fairly and accurately.


Claim Resolution


Approved Warranty Claims


If JDY Performance determines that the issue is the result of a defect in materials or workmanship and falls within the warranty terms, we will repair or replace the product at no charge.


Non-Warranty Claims


If the inspection determines that the issue is not covered under warranty, JDY Performance may offer repair services whenever possible. Any applicable repair costs, return shipping costs, or replacement options will be communicated to the customer for approval before any work is performed.


Warranty Limitations


This warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the affected JDY Performance product.


JDY Performance shall not be responsible for labor costs, vehicle downtime, towing expenses, loss of use, loss of profits, or any incidental or consequential damages arising from product failure or vehicle-related issues.
