Produced in very high-quality stainless steel, Cooper Rings exceed the sealing capabilities of conventional fire rings and optimize engine performances.
Gaskets with Cooper Ring are realized with a reinforced material M0115, renowned for being asbestos-free, original equipment approved, and of superior quality.
These gaskets stand out also because they present separate stainless steel rings (AISI 304) that ensure maximum sealing around the cylinder bore, even on engines with NOS and/or turbo applications in which boost exceeds 2 bar.
No head and block machining is required. Finally, the application of silicon beading on critical areas helps to improve sealing around all water and oil cooling passages.

Not a good idea.
"I have bought the first one couple months ago. Bring the car to the mechanic shop to do the service, did all service possible to fix issue, install the gasket and show up new leak to the cylinder with the new gasket. Decide to open the cylinder gear to double check the cylinder again and install new gasket. Bought the second one to make sure have it ready to close the engine again. After a lot work to detect the issue. Comes up for the gasket is to thick to hold up well the engine block to cylinder head. Now decide to goes with the OEM head gasket and no more with the head gasket I bought for the second time."

FAQ
Fitment is confirmed for the applications listed in the Specs section above. Always confirm final fitment by year, market, and supporting hardware before ordering.
Yes. A professional calibration is required to safely control boost, fueling, torque limits, and thermal management.
Fueling, charge-air cooling, intake flow, downpipes, and drivetrain upgrades may be required depending on target power and fuel type.
The system is engineered for strong response, but daily drivability depends on calibration, fuel quality, supporting parts, and installation quality.
Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects under normal installation and operating conditions. Track use and improper calibration may affect coverage.
