Return & Exchange

We encourage all customers to carefully review their order before checkout, as all sales are final and non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery and are eligible for store credit only.

Items must be brand new, unused, and in original, undamaged packaging.

All approved returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

To initiate a return, please email sales@jdyperformance.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted..

 Ineligible Returns:

Returned items will not be accepted if they:

  • Have been opened, installed, test-fitted, or used
  • Are scratched, dirty, or damaged
  • Have torn, greasy, or otherwise compromised packaging
  • Are electronic items with a broken or missing manufacturer seal

If a return is received that does not meet these criteria, no store credit will be issued, and the customer will be responsible for shipping charges if they wish the item returned.

 

 Order Cancellations:

Cancellations before shipping are subject to a 10% processing and handling fee.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 

 Refused Shipments / Unpaid Import Fees:

If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs duties or taxes, the customer will be charged:

  • 100% of the shipping cost, plus
  • 20% processing and restocking fee
  • The rest of the founds would be refuned .

 

International Duties & Taxes

At JDY Performance, we’re proud to serve customers worldwide. However, due to varying import and tax regulations in each country, buyers are responsible for all local customs duties, VAT, and import taxes.

We will cooperate fully with any documentation required for clearance, but JDY Performance cannot prepay or absorb these charges.


Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

By law, we are required to declare the actual value of each order on customs forms unless instructed otherwise in writing.

If you request a lower declared value invoice for customs purposes, please note:

In the event of shipping damage or package loss, the courier will only compensate up to the declared value on the invoice — not the full product value.

JDY Performance is not responsible for covering the difference, unless you have purchased additional insurance at the time of ordering.

We strongly recommend requesting insurance coverage if you are concerned about full-value protection during international shipping.
