JDY throttle elbow for Audi RS3/TTRS 2.5TFSI is CNC-machined from aluminum billet. The part surface undergoes oxidation and powder coating to achieve a smoother and more corrosion-resistant finish.

In situations where the workspace is limited, JDY has maximized the throttle elbow to 82mm (outer diameter) and the throttle inlet pipe to 76mm (outer diameter), while the connecting silicone hose measures 82mm. Additionally, three extra injection ports of 1/8NPT size have been retained for WMi or Nitrous applications.

The kit comes with Precision Turbo Engine 50MM BOV, which has a very compact desiign, and provides solutions for all vacuume pressures, (pelase note, the BOV spring should be adjusted based on the vacuume pressure when engine is at idle). 

The side of the silicone hose connecting to the intercooler has been maximized to 76mm, while the other side remains at 70mm to ensure compatibility with most stock/aftermarket intercoolers.

For applications involving the intake manifold:

JDY has added an extra flange between the intake manifold and throttle elbow with a preserved vacuum source. Corresponding stainless steel bolts are included in the package.

For aftermarket intake manifold applications:

No additional flange is required, and corresponding stainless steel bolts are included in the package.

Due to a change in the position of the boost sensor, the kit comes with a longer sensor cable.
