The factory plastic intake manifold can become a limitation on high-performance builds and is susceptible to cracking or leaking under elevated boost pressures. The JDY Billet Intake Manifold is precision CNC-machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum, delivering superior strength, improved airflow characteristics, and long-term durability for Stage 3+ and high-horsepower applications.
Engineered using advanced CAD, CFD, and real-world testing, the JDY manifold provides optimized airflow distribution while maintaining OEM-level fitment and drivability.

Runner Flap Delete
To maximize airflow capacity and eliminate unnecessary airflow restrictions, the JDY intake manifold removes the factory runner flap system.
3. Integrated Solutions for Tuners
Water-Methanol Injection Ready
Four pre-machined 1/8" NPT ports are located on top of the runners, providing ideal placement for water-methanol injection nozzles.
Vacuum Reference Ports
Three integrated 1/8" NPT vacuum ports allow clean installation of:
- Boost gauges
- Blow-off valves (BOV)
- Wastegate controllers
- Additional vacuum accessories
Improved Fuel Rail Clearance
The lower manifold structure has been redesigned to provide complete clearance for upgraded high-pressure fuel rails, eliminating interference issues commonly found on modified vehicles.
4. MPI & Hybrid Fueling Ready
Port Injection Integration
Many EA888 Gen 3 and Gen 4 engines were delivered without Port Fuel Injection (MPI). The JDY manifold restores MPI capability, providing the additional fueling capacity required for high-horsepower applications running ethanol blends, race fuel, or large turbochargers.
Included AN6 Billet Fuel Rail
Every manifold includes a CNC-machined high-flow AN6 billet fuel rail.
Flexible Fuel System Configuration
Recirculating Setup
The fuel rail features AN6 ORB (O-Ring Boss) ports on both ends, allowing the use of custom braided fuel lines and aftermarket fuel pressure regulators.
OEM Fuel Line Compatibility
A custom barb adapter is included and connects directly to the factory fuel line connector, providing a simple plug-and-play solution for vehicles retaining the OEM fuel supply system.
Optimized Injector Positioning
The manifold and fuel rail are engineered together to ensure proper injector alignment, ideal spray targeting, and reliable sealing under high fuel pressure.
