This kit features high-coefficient frictions and tempered steels across all 5 clutches within the transmission, A through E, each of which has an increased plate count. The kit includes reinforced billet hubs for the hard-working "rotating clutches" C and E. Both hubs are CNC machined from 7075 aluminium to minimize rotating mass, hard anodized to improve durability and wear resistance, and have additional oiling holes to optimize oil flow path ensuring optimal temperature control of the denser clutch stacks. Featuring a platform-first two-piece design, the E hub is engineered with an alloy steel center to maximize strength at the spline, addressing a common failure area.

Clutches C and E feature separator wave springs, which ensure smooth drivability by promoting even separation across the stack and facilitating rapid disengagement of the plates. This design minimizes drag and enhances crossover performance, streamlining the calibration process. As a result, drivers won't experience the usual downsides associated with increased plate counts, such as jerky behavior, multiple learning attempts, poor creep or take-off performance.

Our patent-pending steel-core splined hub design with aluminum outer provides all the strength of a steel hub without the transmission-upsetting inertia. The hard anodized outers are chatter-resistant and have additional oiling holes to optimize oil flow, ensuring optimal temperature control of the denser clutch stacks.
